You have 2 weeks from the date the order was placed to cancel the order. -
Can I have dark roots in my custom-made unit?
Yes, you can. You will need to let us know the color that you want to use and the length of the dark roots (for example, 1", 1.5"). Please keep in mind, that there will be an additional fee. -

Do I have to choose the same density for all the system?
No, you don't. You can choose a different density percentage by zone. You will need to let us know the exact density that you need on the Front, Top, Crown, Temples, Sides, Back, and parting line. -

How long will it take to do a custom-made unit?
Custom-made units are currently taking 6 months on average. -
How many days do I have to change the details of my custom-made order?
You have 2 weeks from the date the order is placed to request changes. -
How many highlight colors can I choose?
You can choose one base color and one highlight color. If you need more, there will be an additional fee. -
I don't like layers. Can I order my custom-made system without them?
Yes, we can. Please make sure to indicate that you want your system to be one length (for example, 10" one length). -
I don't need 6" of hair length. Can you make my custom-made system with less than that?
No, we cannot. The minimum hair length is 6". -
I have a unit, can you make me a new one?
Yes, we can. You can mail your sample unit to us and we can duplicate it. We can use it as a reference for the size, base design, base material, color, hair type, ect. -
Is your Synthetic grey high heat resistant?
No, it is not. -
I want a longer fold for your custom-made unit. Can you do it?
The standard fold is 4". We can make it longer but keep in mind that the price will increase. -

What happens to my samples once the custom-made unit is ready?
We can return your samples with the new unit. Alternatively, we can store them in our office for you. If you decide to place a new order, we can take them from your sample record and send them back to the factory. -

What is the difference between human and synthetic grey?
Human grey is more delicate and might turn yellow over time. Synthetic grey will always remain white. -
What is the longest hair available for human grey?
We have up to 12" of hair length. If the hair length is 8" or more, there will be an additional fee. -
What is the longest hair available for synthetic grey?
Synthetic hair is available in all lengths. -
What is the longest hair that you can use for a custom-made unit?
You can order up to 22" in hair length. If you need more than 22", we can check with the factory if the hair is available. -
What is the maximum density for a Swiss lace?
Swiss lace is a very delicate material. It cannot hold more than a 110% density (light close to medium). -
What is the maximum density for French lace?
The maximum density recommended is 120% (medium). -
What is the maximum density that I can order with a mono base?
The maximum density is 180%. -
What is the minimum density for a French lace?
The minimum density recommended is 60%. -
What is the minimum density for a Swiss lace base?
The minimum density is 50%. -

What percentage of grey hair do you have available?
We can make your system without any grey. From 5% to a 100%, you can choose any option by increments of 5 (for example, 10%, 15%, 20%, etc)We also have 1% and 2-3%. -
What type of samples do you need to make a custom-made unit?
It is not mandatory to provide samples. However, you can provide us with a template, sample unit, color sample, base material sample, hair texture sample, etc.
